NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to C.R.S. Section 32-1-1001(2), the Board of Directors of the Wheat Ridge Water District may fix or increase fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for Wheat Ridge Water District water deliveries and services provided to the District‚ its residents and property owners within or outside the boundaries of the District. Such action is being considered by the Board of Directors of the District at a regular meeting of the Board scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2022, at 6827 W. 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033.

Wheat Ridge Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Wheat Ridge Water District
